Project Overview
This project showcases a rigorous analysis that yields three main recommendations in growing Barrio Leadership. The first is to create a La Doce Community Land Trust to govern local development and guide efforts of urban agriculture and food micro-enterprises. The second is to capitalize a La Doce Community Fund to support the acquisition of land and micro-lending programs for emerging food enterprises. The third is to form an inclusive La Doce Community Council to coordinate a shared vision for systemic changes.
